ER32 Collets .094 and smaller have a range of only .015 inches. The size indicated on the collet is the largest size it can hold and can be collapsed smaller within its collapse range mentioned above.

I've bought a pile of CAT40 ER16 and ER32 collet chucks and collets. I don't know how you could even compare it to Chinese stuff. I've got holders from all of the major players, that cost up to double what Frank is charging, and none of them have better runout or balance than the MariTool holders.
