Dec 04, 2019 · In ServiceNow applications whatever we do such as creating incident ticket, problem ticket, change ticket, approving any record, creating or modifying any record, creating new table etc. Means whatever we do in ServiceNow application is stored in any of the table. For e.g. if we create new table then that entry will get stored in ‘sys_db_object’ table.
